As part of May being “National Bike Month”, the impetus to get out and ride your bike to work happens tomorrow!
Get out an ride. If it’s not tomorrow, then Monday. Not sure what route to take…? Try riding to your work on a saturday morning as a “dry run”. Drop off extra clothes or food at the beginning of the week.
If the logistics appear to be too great, figure out a solution. Excuses are easy. The reward for enjoying an activity that helps you, mentally and physically, is priceless.
And if you drive your car to work…watch out for the adults and kids on their bikes!
