Bike fitting is for every type of cyclist. Racer to recreational. High volume to weekend warrior. Repetition of movement tends to lead to soft tissue trauma. In normal, well-aligned tissues, this process is easily remedied with proper rest. But compound chronic positioning (forward flexed) and repetitive movements (pedaling), and even a few millimeters and a few degrees can make all of the difference in power production, efficiency, and overall comfort on the bike.
