Dr. Hannah DePaul is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Sports Clinical Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in 2013. At Duke, Hannah
was on the Duke Triathlon Club. For her undergrad studies, she attended the University of Michigan, and received a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. Hannah was on the varsity swim team while at Michigan, and competed at the Olympic Trials.
Prior to relocating back to Michigan, Hannah worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Durham, North Carolina. She gained experience in treating endurance athletes and post-operative athletes at North Carolina Central University. Hannah enjoys working with the active population to help people achieve their goals, improve performance, and return to the activities and sports they enjoy. Her treatment philosophy focuses on utilizing manual therapy techniques, trigger point dry needling and the appropriate functional exercise prescription to address impairments and restore normal and pain-free movement.
Hannah is also very active herself, and enjoys training and competing in triathlons. Hannah completed her first Ironman triathlon at Lake Placid in July 2013, and then went on to compete at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. She has won numerous triathlons in the Michigan area, and recently qualified for the 2017 Ironman World Championships in 2017. When not in the clinic helping her patients or busy training, Hannah enjoys being outside, spending time with her husband, family and friends, and being a die-hard Michigan fan.

Dr. Brian Adams, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Brian Adams, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCSis a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is also an exercise physiologist specializing in endurance performance, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
As an elite-level cyclist, Brian has developed some specific niches within the PT field, offering bike fitting, shoe/pedal assessment, performance testing, lactate/heart rate/power/threshold testing and coaching services. Clinically, he is a certified BikeFit Pro and lecturer, with over two decades of experience racing, wrenching, and fitting. Brian is also a USA Cycling Licensed Coach, and has coached/consulted with local athletes for the past 15 years. He works closely with many of the cycling teams in the Michigan region, and often provides lectures/in-services on topics pertaining to injury treatment and prevention in athletes.
Brian has a vast amount of experience with shoulder and knee diagnoses, acute injuries, post-operative care and return to sport conditioning. He fabricates custom foot orthotics for athletes for the optimization of their performance and decrease the risk for injury due to poor biomechanics. Brian spent 15 years working at the University of Michigan Sports Medicine Department as a clinician and a supervisor, and currently is an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer in the PT Department at the University of Michigan-Flint.
As an elite level swimmer/triathlete, soccer player, avid rock-climber/instructor, Brian participated in all things “outdoors”. As a Novi resident with his wife and three busy kiddos, they remain active in the community with school, sports and loving life!
